Day Two.

Welcome to day 2 everyone! I know there aren't many people listening yet but hopefully soon enough. Workout for today was pretty rough since I was sore from Sunday night. Here it is...

50 Walking Lunges
20 Pull-Ups
50 Box Jumps, Medium Box
20 Double Unders
25 Ring Dips
20 Knees to Elbows
30 Kettlebell Swings, 2 Pood
30 Sit-Ups
20 DB Hang Squat Cleans, 45#/Hand
25 Back Extensions
30 Thrusters, 45#

My Time= 15:15.

Day One.

My first post. I would like to thank you all for taking the time to look at my blog. I am starting this as a way to help keep my exercising in order and also to possibly breed some competition. I have been CrossFitting for awhile now, alone, and am starting to get a little bummed with the big box intensities. I will post my times, workouts, scales, blah, blah, blah. Check back when possible, make comments, challenge my times, etc. More later, I promise... here is the workout for today:

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 rep rounds of
1) 95# Power Clean
2) GHD Sit-Ups
3) Back Extensions

This one will be rough on the core, for sure!
