I would like to thank you all for taking the time to look at my blog. I am starting this as a way to help keep my exercising in order and also to possibly breed some competition. I have been CrossFitting for awhile now, alone, and am starting to get a little bummed with the big box intensities. I will post my times, workouts, scales, blah, blah, blah.
